## Platform Architecture

The Damoov platform uses a 4-level hierarchy: **Company → Application → User Group → SDK User**. One company can have multiple applications; one application can have multiple User Groups (instances). Each User Group is an independent configuration unit with its own credentials (InstanceID / InstanceKEY), scoring rules, DriveCoins settings, real-time data settings, schedule, data export configuration, and access management.

Multi-instance User Groups let product teams create tailored experiences for different driver segments inside a single mobile app, and let managers access only the drivers in their assigned group. Users can be moved between groups at any time via DataHub or the API.
